Pathfinder Alumni Youth Council
Paving the Way for Change through Volunteering and Peer Mentoring

About the Program
Pathfinder Youth Council Volunteer Program:

Established in 2022 in collaboration with the Pathfinder Peer Mentoring Program, the Pathfinder Alumni Youth Council was created to empower young leaders as catalysts for change within their communities. This initiative fosters a strong sense of collaboration, unity, and shared purpose among youth, equipping them with the support and resources needed to navigate their personal and professional journeys.

As an integral part of the Fremont High School Alumni Foundation (FHSAF), the Youth Council is a space where volunteers uplift one another while making a meaningful impact. FHSAF deeply values the dedication of these young changemakers who contribute their time, energy, and passion to driving positive transformation.

Guided by the Board and Advisory Council, the program upholds principles of integrity, ethical leadership, and mentorship, ensuring that every participant’s voice is heard, and their experiences inspire growth, learning, and a commitment to service. Through storytelling, advocacy, and community engagement, the Pathfinder Youth Council shapes a future where youth lead with purpose and create lasting change.
