Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Jonathan Louis Company we are thrilled to offer TWO beautiful living room sets as part of our Fall Fundraiser.
Every participant will be entered into the drawing, and two winners will take home a brand-new living room set (upholstered products only).

Mail‑in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received no later than December 5th, 2026. Each valid AMOE submission will receive the same number of entries as a donor at the base entry level, which is limited to one entry per participant/donor.
Open only to legal residents of California who are 18 years or older.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received through both donation and free entry methods.

Fremont High School Alumni Foundation Fall Fundraiser Sweepstakes
Entry Period: November 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fremont High School Alumni Foundation, located at: [Insert Foundation Address]
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, board members, officers, volunteers directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
California law requires sweepstakes to be open to all California residents and to provide equal odds of winning
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins 12:00 AM PT on November 1, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM PT on November 30, 2026 (“Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
A. Donation Entry
Participants who make a donation during the Entry Period will automatically receive entries into the Sweepstakes. Donation does not increase the chances of winning. California law requires that “no purchase necessary” entries receive equal odds.
B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary
To enter without making a donation, mail your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Mail‑in entries must be postmarked between November 1–30, 2026 and received by December 5, 2026.
Each valid AMOE submission will receive the same number of entries as the base donation tier.
5. Prize Description
Two winners will each receive:
One (1) Custom Living Room Set; Upholstered products only (i.e sofas, couches) Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000 - $5,000
Prize is non‑transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received through both donation and AMOE methods. California law requires equal odds for all permitted entry methods
7. Winner Selection
Two winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 7 days after the Entry Period ends. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Verification
Potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, except where prohibited.
9. Publicity
By entering, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
10. Information collected will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and will not be sold or shared.
11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
